So we essentially lend a hand to our customers who want to play a part in understanding how the issue can be solved, participate in the solution selection, and understand what was done to resolve the issue. This also empowers our customers to handle future PC maintenance and repairs on their own and save money.
Alternatively, we can do all the work for you as needed. Or a combination of both.
